1. Coastal Cruise & Team Race Back to Dun Laoghaire

Our most popular event, set sail aboard our fleet of J80s and learn the basics as you enjoy a scenic cruise through Dublin Bay, Dalkey and Killiney. Take in iconic views such as Sorrento Terrace, the Forty Foot, Dalkey Island and the Muglins while our instructors teach your team the ropes.

Once everyone has found their sea legs, we’ll turn up the energy with an informal race back to Dun Laoghaire—an ideal way to encourage communication, teamwork and friendly competition.

Duration: 3 hours

2. Sail Coaching & Regattas – For Competitive Teams

Perfect for groups who love a challenge. Our identical J80 yachts create a level playing field where the winning edge comes from teamwork and communication. Each crew of five works with an expert race instructor who will guide you through boat handling before launching into a series of mini-races.

We’ll track the results and crown the champions of the day—high energy, great fun, and brilliant for team bonding.

3. Corporate Sailing Lessons – After-Work Skill Building

Looking for a unique way to unwind after work or encourage inter-department networking? Our tailored sailing lessons introduce your team to a new skill while offering a relaxed, social atmosphere outside the office.

We recommend the Start Sailing – Keelboat Level 1 Course, held over four evenings of three hours each. Many companies use this option to strengthen collaboration and boost employee engagement.
