Coastal Skippers should be able to undertake more difficult passages by day and night and handle the yacht in more demanding conditions. Pre-course experience includes; 15 days at sea, 300 miles, to include 8 night hours and 2 days as Skipper.
Courses start at the Dun Laoghaire Marina on the first day at 9.30am. Then an itinerary is agreed for the week, depending on tides, weather etc.
