We’ve designed two packages which will enable you to obtain an ICC (International Certificate of Competency). The ICC is an European wide certificate and is the qualification that most yacht charter companies in the Mediterranean and further afield will look for.
Option 1: For those with little or no previous yacht experience
- RYA Competent Crew Practical Course (5-day practical course)
- RYA Day Skipper Theory Course (Classroom or online options)
- RYA Day Skipper Practical Course (5-daypractical course)

Our Day Skipper Theory options consist of both classroom and online options.
You can check out the syllabus of the Competent Crew practical course, and if you feel that you already have this knowledge, your can choose option 2:
Option 2: For those with previous experience equivalent to Competent Crew Level
This option is perfect if you have attended a Competent Crew Course or have spent at least 5 days on a yacht acting as an effective crew member, to include; Minimum 5 days at sea, approximately 100miles logged and at least 4 hours sailing at night.
